Is of the view that the inclusion of stock options as part of remuneration schemes should be minimised, and ideally phased out and replaced by sustainable long-term remuneration policies; supports, however, the promotion of voluntary employee share ownership schemes open to all employees within a company, which enables them to share in the profits, but does not, under any circumstances, replace their wages or salaries or hinder collective bargaining;
