NoAppreciates the Agency’s existing measures and ongoing efforts to secure transparency, prevention and management of conflicts of interest and whistle-blower protection; notes the potential conflict of interest case identified concerning a recruitment procedure in 2018; notes that no follow-up action was needed as the adviser recused himself; welcomes the publication on the Agency's website of CVs and declarations of interests for management board members and directorate;
