Notes that the free movement of technical and management professionals is essential for deeper economic integration in the CU; highlights however that the free movement of above categories is only possible if requirements in terms of security and public order are met, that they don’t represent a risk of irregular migration and that they fulfil the needs of employment in both partners’ job markets; recognises that the need for visas for business travellers is perceived as being restrictive on trade in goods, and even more so in the potential event of inclusion of the provision of services in the CU;
