Welcomes the launch of talks between the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and the Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security on a free visa regime, and notes that the talks will provide the Macedonian authorities with clear information about the measures they will have to introduce to enable all Macedonians to travel to the EU without a visa;
