Notes from the Court’s report that the level of committed appropriations carried over for Title II were high at EUR 134 228, i.e. 44 %, compared to EUR 91 757, i.e. 40 % in 2014; acknowledgnotes that these carry-overs are mainly related to the delivery of services that go beyond 2015 and do not necessarily indicate weaknesses in budgetary planning;
