Recalls that culture and tangible and intangible cultural heritage are key elements for the attractiveness of cities and regions and for economic development through cultural tourism; calls on the EU’s cities and regions to use the cohesion policy instruments efficiently in order to boost cultural and socioeconomic development that draws on the cultural distinctiveness of European countries, regions and cities.
