Urges the Commission to increase and speed up the financial allocations for POSEI in exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, such as those faced by the agricultural sector in La Palma after the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano; recalls that the consequences of this volcanic eruption have affected more than 370 hectares of agricultural cultivation worth EUR 200 million; calls on the Commission to give greater flexibility and speed to the funds earmarked for such natural disasters;
