Welcomes the adoption of a Temporary Framework for State aid measureand its amendements established in response to the COVID-19 crisis in order to enable Member States to support companies during the pandemic; stresses the need for the Commission to support efforts for a green and digital recovery in the on-going review of State aid rules;
