Calls on the Commission to step up its efforts to develop tools for improving academicand the Member States to achieve full recognition of diplomas, certificates and periods of study and vocational training, thereby removing obstacles to the mobility of students and job-seekers, and to step up their efforts towards an even broader diffusion of the information related to the possibilities offered to the European citizens by educational and vocational training programmes;
