Considers it desirable to improve the quantity and accuracy of data on all catches (target species and by-catches) and on the conservation status of fishery resources, to ensure the processing of catch data, and to improve the implementation of sectoral support funding in order to enable a more exact assessment of the impact of the Agreement on the marine ecosystem and fishing communities;
