42. Recalls Parliament’s resolution of 20 November 2013 on the location of the seats of the European Union’s Institutions17 , which estimated the costs of the geographic dispersion of the Parliament to be between EUR 156 million and EUR 204 million and equivalent to 10% of the Parliament's budget; emphasises the environmental impact of the geographic dispersion is estimated to be between 11,000 to 19,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions; underlines the negative public perception caused by this dispersion, and therefore reiterates its position in calling for a roadmap to a single seat; __________________ 17 Texts adopted, P7_TA(2013)0498.deleted
