Encourages the EEAS to enhance coordination and supervision of the Local Consular Cooperation among the EU Memeber States´ Embassies and Consulates and to further consider the possibility to provide consular services through Union delegations; reiterates its call to the EEAS to prepare a detailed analysis of financial implications and cost savings that would be made;
