Acknowledges from the Joint Undertaking that it welcomed the offer made by the Kingdom of Spain, which proposed new premises shared with a Spanish institution; observes, however, that an agreement was not reached because, after an analysis carried out by an independent external architect, the space available was found to be unsuitable18 ; urges the Joint Undertaking to inform the discharge authority about the outcome of recent negotiations regarding a new contract in the existing host building; __________________ 18 Follow-up report 2013 Discharge
