Acknowledges that the joint communication aims at fostering cultural cooperation between the EU and its partner countries and at promoting a global order based on peacekeeping, fighting extremism and radicalisation through intercultural and interreligious dialogue, conflict prevention with respect for the rule of law, freedom of expression, mutual understanding, human rights, cultural diversity and fundamental values;
