Emphasises the necessity of the broad definition of the key competence ‘a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship’, which involves creativity, innovation and risk- taking, as well as the ability to plan and manage projects in order to achieve objectives, and even the idea that the individual is aware of the context of his/her work and is able to seize opportunities that arise, which concerns both entrepreneurship and employment activity (in the latter case referred as ′intrapreneurship′);
