Considers that women working in the media will benefit from the general advancement of conditions for women in the workplace, including ending the gender pay gap, reducing precarious work, ensuring affordable and accessible childcare and boosting collective bargaining rights; notes that working in the media often makes reconciling work and family life difficult, given the impact of strict deadlines, the need to be on the move and the enormous pressure; feels, therefore, that it is desirable for employers in the media sector to make more flexible forms of working available, including teleworking and accommodating the needs of women and parents in general;
