Encourages further measures to promote the recognition and validation of learning outcomes, including those developed through non-formal and informal learning, particularly through better use of existing tools such as Europass CV, European Skills Passport, Entrepreneurial Skills Pass, EQAVET, ESCO, ECTS and ECVET;
