Notes with regret that long-term austerity measures, notably cuts in funding for education, culture, and youth policies, have had a negative impact on young people and their living conditions; warns that young people, especially the most disadvantaged, such as young women, ethnic minorities, LGBTIQ, those with special needs, migrants and refugees, groups are greatly affected by rising inequality, the risk of exclusion, insecurity and discrimination;
