Is worried that in 2015 the share of the Climate-related spending of the EU budget was only 17.3% in 2015 and was only 17.6% in average for the period 2014-2016 according to the European Court of Auditors1a while the objective was to reach, at least, 20% over the financial period; stresses therefore that according to the ECA there is a serious risk that the 20% target will not be met without more effort to tackle climate change; _________________ 1a ECA special report 31/2016
