18 a. Considers it fundamental that the Committee work together with the COR to immediately follow-up on the EU's Civil Service Tribunal's ruling in a harassment case involving officials from both institutions[1], report to the Parliament on the progress and that it review its procedures for handling future allegations of harassment to ensure that they are in line with the jurisprudence of the Civil Service Tribunal.
