Recalls the Report on the annual accounts of the European Banking Authority (EBA) for the financial year 2019 of the European Court of Auditors, according to which the EBA might have used IT service contracts for the provision of labour, which is not in compliance with EU social and employment rules; calls the Authority, therefore, to ensure that contracts avoid any confusion between the procurement of IT services and of interim workers;
