Highlights that lack of comparable equality data makes it more difficult to prove the existence of discrimination; calls on the Member States to collect equality data in a systematic way and with the involvement of national equality bodies and national courts in order to take action and practical measures against all forms of discrimination relating to recruitment and the job market;
