Calls on the Member States to support the close involvement of labour market stakeholders, including employers’ and employees’ organisations, at local, regional and national level, in order to foster closer links between education and training and the workplace and to anticipate future skills needs; calls on the Commission to support the Member States in attracting companies involved in dual learning; the Commission should also help with conducting campaigns to raise public awareness of the suitability and excellence of dual learning, and of gender parity in scientific and technical professions;
