Calls for an assessment of the effectiveness of the YG to be carried out in each participating Member State so as to prevent the exploitation of young people by certain companies who are using bogus training schemes to benefit from state-funded labour. Proposes, to that end, monitoring the job prospects of young people who have been beneficiaries of the programme and setting up mechanisms requiring participating employers, whether public or private, to convert a minimum percentage of traineeships into employment contracts as a condition for continuing to benefit from the programme;
