Notes that the EASO committed only 93,7 % of its approved budget and that 36,9 % of committed appropriations were carried over for administrative expenditure; acknowledgestakes the view that these sub- optimal figures do not reflect structural issues within the EASO but are indirectly related to rapid staff and budget increases in 2015 due to its key role in assisting Member States, in particular through emergency support, in the context of the current migration flow; welcomes the approval of a new policy for the recruitment of temporary and contract agents that addresses most issues identified by the Court of Auditors in past audits;
