Calls for culture to be considered for its intrinsic value as a fourth standalone, transversal pillar of sustainable development, together with social, economic and environmental dimensions; calls on the EU to integrate cultural sustainability at all levels of development cooperation and to systematically include the cultural dimension in the negotiations for Association Agreements, and in the whole set of its external relations and foreign policy instruments;
