Welcomes increased EU-China cooperation and experience exchange in the field of consumer rights and protection, and strengthening of the Chinese government's responsive measures in this respect, exercised in the heightening of retailers' responsibilities towards professional code of conduct concerning return and repair obligations, potential frauds, misleading and fraudulent publicity, prepayment arrangements, and protection of personal information of consumers, particularly in view of China's rapidly expanding internet-based shopping sector;
