Calls on the Member States to strengthen the legal capacities of the Energy Community Secretariat in order to ensure swift and efficient implementation of the EU energy acquis in the Energy Community countries; stresses the need to boost the energy security not only of the EU, but of Europe as a whole; highlights that the Western Balkans Countries have an enormous potential in renewable energy sources and calls on their inclusion in the Energy Community and in the common energy market.
