Welcomes the entry into force of the EU-Kosovo Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) on 1 April 2016 as the first contractual relationship and an essential step for the integration of Kosovo into the EU; welcomes the launch of the European Reform Agenda on 11 November 2016 as a platform to facilitate implementation of the SAA and calls on Kosovo to show clear political will and determination to implement the agreed roadmap including the setting up of the coordination mechanism for the SAA, and to seize the positive momentum created by the SAACondemns the EU's signing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement at a time when several Member States do not recognise Kosovo; demands that the EU act, in its external relations, exclusively under the direct mandate of the Member States;

Warmly welcomes the Council of Europe’s decision to grant Kosovo observer status in its Parliamentary Assembly as of January 2017 in respect of Kosovo-related sessions; supports Kosovo’s efforts to integrate into the inRecalls that, from the perspective of international customs, diplomatic practices and International Court of Justice (ICJ) jurisprudence, Kosovo represents a dangerous precedent that could threaten the integrity of numerous Member States; recalls, furthermore, that the case of Kosovo has nothing to do with the self-determinational community; calls, in this connection, for the participation of peoples, but rather it represents the removal, on false humanitarian grounds, of a part of the territory of Koa sovo in all the relevant regional and international organisations and urges Serbia to stop interfering in this procesereign state (Serbia) by great powers (Germany, USA and Saudi Arabia); calls on the European institutions to refrain from jeopardising the international legal order by imposing the participation of Kosovo on international organisations;
