Calls on the Commission to consider reviewing the Batteries Directive (2006/66/EC) to include an obligation for manufacturers to design products in a way that makes battery replacement possibleensure that the requirements for the removal of batteries and accumulators of the Batteries Directive (2006/66/EC) are fully applied and enforced by Member States and to encourage business models developing the reuse of the batteries;
