WelcomNotes the ongoing effort to include access provisions in Union programmes and initiatives and, calls for further mainstreaming of accessibility requirements in Union cultural policies, including through the implementation of the Marrakech Treaty, the review of the AVMS Directive, the European Capitals of Culture and Creative Europe, and deplores the fact that the enlargement of Creative Europe into third countries and the austerity policies imposed by the Commission inevitably lead to a reduction of these efforts;
