Alert thresholds are defined as follows: - for products for which a reference threshold is fixed in Article 7, the alert threshold is established where the weighted average market price is less than [XXX%] of the reference price for [X] consecutive weeks for weekly prices and [X] consecutive months for monthly prices; - for products for which no reference threshold is fixed, the alert threshold is established where the weighted average market price is less than [XX%] of the average olympic price for [X] consecutive weeks for weekly prices and [X] consecutive months for monthly prices. 2. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 13, where the alert threshold is exceeded, the Commission shall, within a maximum period of one month, draw up a report for the attention of Parliament and the Council to present the market situation for the product concerned, the causes of the market disturbance and, where appropriate, the possible measures to be taken, in particular those provided for in Chapter 1 of Title I of Part II of this Regulation, and/or Articles 219, 220, 221 and 222. 3.
