Criticises the fact that the Commission failed to submit to the Court of Auditors in good time the impact assessments concerning the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), and urges the Commission to remedy that failing, given the importance of such ex ante assessments for negotiations on trade agreements;
