Recalls that, at the end of 2017, 80% of refugees worldwide were living in developing countries and that only 23% of refugees worldwide have access to secondary education; stresses the importance of access to secondary education for school-age refugees to improve their living conditions and their employment prospects in line with MDG4;

Whereas public-private partnerships are key for bridging the gap between the skills transmitted by the public educational system and those required by the labour market, calls for the strategic involvement of CSOs in planning and implementation in this field in order to reach the most vulnerable groups;
