Calls on the EIB to continue strengthening its work with National Promotional Banks and Institutions in order to ensure outreach and further develop advisory activities and technical assistance to support a balanced geographical distribution of EFSI in the long term; calls on the EIB’s local offices to extend their outreach to local partners in order to promote EFSI; stresses the importance to achieve a better geographical and sectorial distribution of the EIB’s lending activity without compromising the high quality of projects;
