Takes note of the renewal of the temporary framework for State aid measures, which was established in response to the COVID-19 crisis and is designed to accelerate the recovery; calls on the Commission to ensure that the phasing out of the Temporary Framework takes place gradually and pays due regard to the health and sanitary situation in Member States; furthermore, believes that State aid measures which are part of the national resilience and recovery plans should be dealt with priority and flexibility;
