3. The provisioning rate shall be reviewed at least every threewo years from the date of application of this Regulation in line with the procedure foreseen under Article 31(5), fourth subparagraph, of the. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article xx [on exercise of the delegation] of this Regulation to amend the provisioning rates, following the principles laid down in Article 214(2) of Regulation (EU) 2021/9474/2509.
