Stresses the importance of preventing the EU’s trading partners from engaging in anti-competitive practices, including social or environmental dumping, or the dumping of cheap products in Europe, as this could de-stabilise European industry; urges the European Commission to include in its Working Programme the development of effective, updated legislative tools allowing the Union to prevent such practices, which are affecting heavily our industrial recovery and our capacity to invest, innovate and compete;
