CRegards pesca-tourism as part of the ‘blue economy’ and calls on the Member States, and on regional and local authorities, widely to disseminate information about the Commission’s European Job Mobility Portal EURES, which provides information for jobseekers and employers about job opportunities, skills and training needs in the ‘blue jobs’ section, and to promote open, online courses to upgrade or re-orient skills;
