Reminds that the European Neighbourhood Policy underscores the need to reinforce the relations amongst the neighbours themselves and to promote sub-regional cooperation; Welcomes in this regard the initiative of Azerbaijan to establish new Azerbaijan-Georgia- Armenia regional platform and calls upon the Commission to support it in order to foster peace, security and prosperity in the region;
