Believes that farmers in all sectors of production should be guaranteed the right to collective bargaining, including the right to agree on minimum prices; believes that farmers should fully engage with and be equipped with the means to exploit the potential of producer organisations, including producer cooperatives, their associations and inter-branch bodies; calls on the Commission to encourage such collective self-help tools to grow in competencies and efficiencies by clarifying and simplifying the rules applicable to them in order to strengthen their negotiating capacity and their competitiveness, while safeguarding the principles set out in Article 39 TFEU;
