Welcomes the announcement of the Commission to aggregate its demand for launchers and launching services; calls on the Commission to ensure fair treatment of EU enterprises vis-à-vis enterprises from third countries in public procurement, specifically by taking into consideration the prices that companies charge to other customers worldwide, as well as ensuring a flexible approach to the different technologies offered;
