Believes that the ‘Think Small First’Acknowledges the important role of SMEs in job creation and growth; proinciple can play an important role in job creation and growth by reducing the cost of legislation to SMEsts out that legislation can have a different impact on large enterprises and SMEs, which should be kept in mind during the drafting process; underlines the importance of good legislation which can help reducing unnecessary administrative burdens on SMEs; stresses, however, that all employees have a right to the highest level of protection regarding health and safety in the workplace regardless the size of the employer, the place of employment or the underlying contract;
