Stresses that any legislative change in this area should ensure accessibility for people with disabilities to products and services protected by copyright and related rights; Notes the conclusion of the Marrakesh Treaty and requests that an exception be made to allow any person who cannot access a library because of their disability to receive library loans electronically.
