2a. Taking part in the activities of the Authority is without prejudice to the Member States' competences, obligations and responsibilities under, inter alia, relevant and applicable International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, such as Convention No 81concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce, and to the Member States' powers to regulate, mediate or monitor national industrial relations, in particular on the exercise of the right to collective bargaining and to take collective action.
