Considers that the minutes of meetings of the Board of Supervisors and of the Stakeholder Groups, which are publicly available, should be published more swiftly. ; states that those minutes ought also to be clearer as regards how discussions relate to each other, what stances members have taken and how they have voted; points out that access to documents and information relating to internal meetings should be facilitated too;
