Reaffirms its support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and calls for the EU to ensure the applicability of the Agreement to the whole territory of Georgia; calls, in this connection, for the EU to continue to engage actively in conflict resolution, through the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia and through the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM)promotes the engagement of Russia, as the main actor in the area, in a peaceful solution to the frozen conflicts that exist throughout the region; calls, in this line, on the High Representative and the new Commission to proactively look for new mechanisms to help find ways to solve these conflicts, proving that the EU is committed to one of its primary goals of engaging with Eastern Partnership countries;
