Calls for them to be implemented in such a way that they can support collective projects geared to financing basic infrastructure in the field of irrigation, transport, processing, closed production cycles, marketing and forestry development, as well as the development of wood and non-wood forest products, with maturity-based financial instruments that reflect the actual economic position for each project.
