Ascertains that the Agency published the CVs and declarations of conflicts of interests of the majority of its Administrative Board members; notes that the Agency is set to publish the remainingregrets, however, that some declarations of conflicts of interests of its Administrative Board members as well as of its management staff are still pending; expressly notes that this practice does not further transparency and consequently the Agency should publish the remaining declarations without delay;
