Deplores the fact that the Commission has so far refused to submit by the end of 2018, in accordance with Parliament’s resolution of 8 February 2017 on low-risk pesticides of biological origin, a specific legislative proposal to amend Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, independently of the general revision in connection with the REFIT initiative, with a view to introducing a fast-track evaluation, authorisation and registration procedure for those low-risk biological pesticides;
